Adapters and primers for Illumina

The EpiPlex™ UDI Primer Kit provides the adapters and primers for library multiplexing on Illumina sequencers. Use EpiPlex-specific UDI primers in the PCR step when building libraries with EpiPlex™ reagent kits.

Pre-mixed i5 and i7 indices

The kit provides 24 or 96 pre-mixed, uniquely paired i5 and i7 index primers, packaged in a 96-well plate for convenient use. Primers are optimized for library amplification and sample multiplexing of EpiPlex libraries.

Two libraries per sample

Each sample processed through the EpiPlex workflow generates two libraries—an enriched and a solution control library. Because two UDI pairs are required per sample, choose kit size accordingly.

24-UDI and 96-UDI kit sizes

The 24 UDI kit supports up to 12 samples. The 96 UDI kit supports up to 48 samples. Plate maps and index sequences are documented for easy integration into your workflow.

Combine kits for high throughput

The 24 and 96 UDI kits are fully compatible and can be used together, enabling unique labeling and pooling of up to 120 libraries (60 samples) on a single flow cell or lane.

EpiPlex RNA Mod Encoding Kit — Build libraries with the platform kit; substitute UDI primers when multiplexing many samples.

EpiScout™ — Same analysis pipeline. Demultiplexed data from UDI libraries is processed identically for m6A, inosine, and expression.

Scale — Combine UDI with the main kit and EpiScout Compute Token for high-throughput epitranscriptomic studies.
