EpiScout™ Compute Token
EpiScout™ Compute Token enables users to run their samples through the EpiScout Analysis Software via a cloud app with user-friendly GUI hosted by DNAnexus. It is available in three sizes to meet different computing needs: 1 sample (2 libraries), 8 samples (16 libraries), and 24 samples (48 libraries). Our support team is available to assist with DNAnexus account setup.
EpiScout™ Analysis Software
The EpiScout™ analysis software is a companion product to EpiPlex™ kits. The end-to-end data processing platform takes FASTQ files produced by sequencing of EpiPlex libraries as an input and returns the location and abundance of m6A and inosine, along with RNA expression data. Outputs include summary tables, peak lists, gene viewer files and publication-ready plots. Using a machine learning trained peak caller and a quantification module that leverages the EpiPlex RNA modification controls, the software delivers the best results from your data and makes bioinformatics analysis accessible to all scientists. Choose between a cloud app with user-friendly GUI hosted by DNAnexus or download the docker image and run the software on your own server environment as a command line utility. Using the DNAnexus version requires the purchase of an EpiScout Compute Token.
